This lake built by underage of Pirajirao Bapusaheb Ghatage and regime of Chh. Shahu Maharaja. Lake construction started on 1 April 1892 and end of 10 August 1894. On that time total construction expenses of this lake was Rs. 1, 92,000/- Only and water storage area is approximately 76 acre. Lake area is beautiful picturesque view and every evening local citizen enjoys oneself on this natural beauty.
